EIRC, created by state legislation in 1968, specializes in education related programs and services for schools, parents, communities and nonprofit organizations.
EIRC has established a record of providing services and products at a lower cost to local school districts and municipal partners.
Benefits of Shared Services
The New Jersey Department of Community Affairs describes shared services and cooperative purchasing as “viable alternatives to the conventional ‘go-it’alone’ bidding process.”
Shared services and cooperative purchasing save both time and money. Shared service participants enjoy cost savings, reduced work duplication, and increased efficiency.
