This EIRC workshop will provide Mentor Educators with insight, direction, and resources for supporting the new teacher. Specific concerns, timelines, and communication issues, as well as the New Professional Teaching Standards and Mentoring Regulations will also be addressed.

About the Presenter:
Ernie Brattstrom has been a committed educator for over 39 years serving in a variety of educational positions. He has had the opportunity to create the Salem County Special Services School District as its first school superintendent. Ernie is certified as a Teacher of the Auditory Handicapped, Teacher of the Disabled, Speech Pathologist, Supervisor, Principal, and Chief School Administrator and is a former Teacher of the Year. He is known for his innovative strategies designed to improve delivery of services for the general student population, special needs children, and children at risk.

EIRC Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy
Workshop cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org at least 2 business days before the start of the workshop to receive a 100% refund. If the workshop is cancelled by EIRC due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, EIRC will reschedule the event if possible and issue a workshop credit to all registered participants. NO REFUNDS will be issued on or after the start date of the workshop.
