The McREL Teacher Evaluation System captures the most current research in educator effectiveness. The validated rubric driven instrument exemplifies a formative process that is designed to facilitate growth in professional educator performance. The formative process is driven by transparency and collegiality that roll up to form a summary evaluation of educator performance and assists in the generation of professional development plans.
