EIRC receives more than $8 million in grant support annually. Our Grant Support Services Program provides comprehensive support services for grant writing to assist schools and agencies in developing competitive proposals to federal and state agencies, foundations, and industry.

- Editing grant proposals
- Training sessions on effective proposal writing
- Developing models
- Tracking available grants that match your priorities
EIRC can assist you in writing all or part of your grant proposal (review of scientific based literature, development of goals and objectives, evaluation plan organizational capacity, or budget). EIRC also provides independent evaluations for grant funded programs. Recent evaluations include outside evaluation for state and federally funded grants: Safe and Drug Free Schools, 21st Century Learning Communities and Even Start grants. Evaluation services provide onsite start-up assistance, process and outcome evaluation system development, program monitoring, preparation of quarterly and annual progress reports, and ongoing technical assistance and support.
Grant Proposal Writing – Our grant proposals are originally authored and professionally written to meet client funding needs, RFP/RFA application requirements, and programming requirements. Full proposals include assistance with budget, and other forms.
Technical Review of a Grant Proposal – Our grant writers will perform a comprehensive edit and/or technical review of your grant proposal prior to its submission or after you have been declined funding, for preparation for resubmission.
Evaluation Services – provide onsite start-up assistance, process and outcome evaluation system development, program monitoring, preparation of quarterly and annual progress reports, and ongoing technical assistance and support.
