Turtle Journal
All successful scientists and engineers keep good records of their actions and procedures. The Turtle Journal is your opportunity to reflect, take notes and document relevant information important to share with your instructor and your peers. To enhance your journal documentation you could include pictures, Internet resources or research articles.
Directions: Create a two column table in a Word document with three rows. Merge the cells in the top row and fill in your name, class information, etc. Use the left side for detailed entries and the right side for brief comments about the most important points for the week. You can copy and paste information into your journal, highlight important facts, keep webpage addresses, ask questions and use it to keep track of things that need to be accomplished.
