How can I get involved with MVP?

All students are eligible for the MVP Program Services! There is no cost for our services. Your parents must provide written consent before you participate. During school hours, 7:35 a.m. - 2:05 p.m., you must have a pass to come to MVP; the pass will be given to you by your teacher. After school, you can come to MVP and participate in activities that have been scheduled for that day and time. Parents and school staff are always welcome!

What can I do when I'm there?

There are several activities that you can choose from vocational and employment services, learning supports, recreational groups, talk with your friends, participate in a discussion group focusing on topics that are important to you, or just stop in to talk with us!

What if I'm having a problem making an important decision or I just got into a disagreement with my best friend?

MVP Staff will talk with you one-on-one or in a group with others who share similar life experiences- it's up to you!

Will MVP Staff share my information or problem with everyone?


Information and information shared at MVP are strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone without your consent. Please keep in mind some problems or emergencies may involve contacting or communicating with others- program staff will discuss this with you.

What if I have good ideas for projects, activities, or groups that I’d like to do at MVP?

Always tell MVP Staff! We're happy to listen to all of the ideas that you may have for activities, events, or groups. MVP also has a Student Advisory Committee that is available to interested students.
