ABOUT US

We have once again fulfilled our goal of providing a fun-filled learning experience for middle and high school students through our third annual Careers in Aviation Summer Academy that was held July 20 thru 24, 2009!    CLICK HERE TO VIEW A PHOTO SLIDESHOW OF THE WEEK'S EVENTS.

On July 14 thru 18, 2008 the National Talent Network, EIRC's gifted and talented service, along with our partners at the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center held our second annual Careers in Aviation Summer Academy.  Some of the careers investigated include the Federal Air Marshals, Air Traffic Control, Air National Guard, US Navy, various test facilities throught the FAA's Technical Center as well as the Atlantic City International Airport facilities.  Field trips to watch and fly remote control airplanes as well as flying in private passenger planes rounded out the weeks' activities.  Powerpoint slideshow of 2008 Careers in Aviation Summer Academy
